DINERMAN AWARD FOR ROGER JOWELL

The annual conference is the major event in every WAPOR year, and the Dinerman Award is the major event at every conference. This year, WAPOR honors eminent British (really: international) public opinion researcher Roger Jowell. Why that is so, is spelled out in the award citation:
